our 7 step guide to Renting your property

01.

Initial Consultation

Lets meet at your property, understand your needs and put a plan in place. It's a great opportunity to ask questions, get to know us and see if we're a good fit.

Instruct

Once you instruct us to proceed, you’ll need to sign a ‘Letter of Engagement’ (in line with the National Property Services Regulatory Authority’s code of practice). A copy of the BER (Building Energy Rating) Certificate for the property must also be supplied before we can begin advertising.

03.

Prepare

Making sure every nook and cranny in your property is ready for tenants is not something we take lightly. This is going to be someone's home for the next while, so it's essential everything is in good condition. Will it be furnished or unfurnished? Is the BER up to date? Does it need a fresh lick of paint? These are all important things to consider when getting your property ready.

04.

Marketing

As soon as your property is ready for let, it will be featured on our Daft.ie page. Daft is the number one website in Ireland for property advertisements, so obviously the ideal place to showcase your property.
That's not all-our social media pages (with over 1,300 followers combined) will feature your property too, highlighing the best aspects it has to offer.
And of course, our window display-which to quote one lovely passer-by as the 'best window display they've ever seen,' will show off your property in an array of colourful and eye catching lights to anyone that walks past our Dun Laoghaire office.

05.

Viewings

Viewings are arranged after there's been some interest shown in your property. Here, we can meet any potential tenants in person and determine if they are a good fit. If enough interest has been gathered, there may even be multiple viewings. We'll update you when we think we've found a good match and you can decide for yourself.
